The #Ferranti3 Trial

The #Ferranti3 took direct action to occupy Oldham’s Israeli weapons factory. Two of the actionists, of Pakistani Kashmiri descent, entered the factory to destroy their weaponry from within.
Despite the clear effectiveness of their actions, the Judge has ruled out all their defences, even claiming that the action was incapable of creating change. Yet, the factory was forced to shut down for good just a few months after.
The Judge was trying to leave the actionists with no choice but to plead guilty. But, they refuse to do so and will go to trial to state their case in front of a jury. Make sure to mobilise in support!
