On the 6th March, for 3-5 days, three activists are appearing in Chester Crown Court, after shutting down APPH in Runcorn, in June of 2021. Canadian-owned APPH are a supplier to Elbit, selling them military technology and drone-landing gear essential to Elbit’s weapons production, as well as producing parts for fighter jets used in Afghanistan and Yemen. The activists allegedly caused extensive damage to APPH, seeking to prevent their participation in the production of drones for Israel’s war crimes, and have pleaded not guilty to the charges of criminal damage that they face.
Support has been called outside the court from 9:00am on every day of the trial, at Chester Crown Court, Colvin House, Castle St, Chester CH1 2AN
